In case you're wondering how to pronounce my name, the answer is: it depends. Specifically, it depends on which language you're using. The original Swiss German pronunciation used by my family is quite different from the way I was called in the francophone environment in which I grew up. Once I began using English on a more regular basis, it made only sense to adopt a third variant, compatible with English phonology. The table below gives a general idea of how each version sounds.
